2022 Blanc

Sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, verdelho, marsanne, pinot gris, roussanne
Blanc is always a crazy blend that is consistently inconsistent as we reflect the unique qualities of each year's harvest and different varieties we obtain. Our white is always barrel fermented in our oldest oak barriques and puncheons. This wine was kept on full lees for 8 months prior to bottling and has now been in bottle for almost 6 months before release. Super textural with a solid frame/body. Delicious drinking at all temperatures and at all times of the year.
