2022 Sambo

Merlot, cabernet sauvignon, pinot gris, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc
This wine illustrates the many layers of varieties and winemaking technique to produce a harmonious beverage that goes damn well with a sambo. It is a combination of destemmed skin contact pinot gris, carbonic cabernet sauvignon, 30% whole bunch merlot and very early picked chardonnay that was fermented on sauvignon blanc skins. It is bright, fun and extremely smashable. Big congrats to our interns - they truly nailed each element.  You'll love it as much as we do.
