Tom wine is always a wacky blend and this vintage is no different. A blend of semi-carbonic Graciano and Cabernet Sauvignon, Verdelho skin contact and straight pressed semillon. Blended to echo the style of wine that we have liked to drink over the past year between vintages. Balance between sophisticated and high drinkability.
