 This blend consists of various white varieties and a touch of red grapes, fermented in a 50/50 mix of grape juice and water. With a long maceration to extract maximum flavor from the skins, it's then bottled as a sparkling wine. A perfect bevvy to enjoy with mates without going overboard on alcohol—6% deliciousness.
