2021 Blanc

This wine is a stunner after 2.5 years in bottle. Zero-zero wines need time to shine, and this one beautifully highlights the varietals in the blend. The richness of chardonnay and arneis balances the aromatics of riesling and sauvignon blanc. Most grapes are from Orange, with chardonnay from Rosnay in Canowindra.
