2022 light red

Serious boy! I’m the past we have done semi-carbonic Shiraz and drained off the free run. This year we have included the pressings for a bit more oomph! We also put a splash of semi-carbonic Cabernet Sauvignon in the mix here. Definitely a good wine here, but with the lightness that Canowindra fruit provides.
